TextQL allows for adding context at the level of your organization, users, and datasets. Some of this is handled through ontology or datasets pages. However, TextQL does provide ways of modifying the system prompt through the Ana suggested messages page.
For most new customers, TextQL will handle the initial configuration of Ana. For this reason, prompt configuration pages are rarely used and are known to experience some bugs. If you are having difficulty tuning Ana’s responses to your use case, please contact support@textql.com.
